What happend with UE?!

Hello, havent played for like 1 year here and now when i'm back I noticed that UE is now useless... my MS is level 212 with 115 magic level and I hit 260hp on my friend with flam UE (a level 194 ed with no resist against fire eq)... while my SD's hit 400+

So I guess you nerfed UE's to the floor or what's up?
