What should be a true fun/"noob" OTS?

I have a question for you - what should be a true fun / "noob" OTS?

- teleports?
- vip acces?
etc.

Please tell me your suggestions

Fun/ "noob" ots must have teleports. How much? 70% hunts place?
Vip?If Noob ots have special and big respawns, shall be vip access or premium.
This ots must have special items nad monsters. Big exp etc.
i'm poor in English. Sorry.

Vip arena

20 news monsters
Exp 999999x

Lot of teleports,Vip then some funny commands...
some simple actions...
high exp rate....
lot of custom monsters
Dunno anymore...

-new quest with good reward
-with stage exp 3000x-100x
-no vip ares = sucks
-pvpe = fun

Try to make lot of details on map...btw got some ideas for you...

300 teleports - 5 teleport for each monster
5 new monster means that you got 50 more - 350
and 100 quest (real tibia quest)
high exp.. 150-300? or more
