Ive been looking around all day trying to find any good template for my Znote AAC but cant find any.

Ive seen this site a couple of times that this server also uses, http://shadowcores.twifysoft.net/

What AAC and template is that?

That template was created with bootstrap for that server, but you can make it by yourself try to see tutorials in youtube to how create templates using bootstrap.

Its pretty hard doing those. I dont get how all those servers have pretty nice websites, do they hire designers?

Most likely unless they do it themselves. You might find some web designers here if you now are looking for one.
