What tools do i need?

Okay guys long time no tried much new stuffs added and i dont want to work with old stuffs/bad stuffs without knowing it myself

So what tools do i need to be able to work with an OT

i got Xampp from their homepage What version of a Hompepage is "best"?

TFT, well what version? and what Mapeditor is great these days?

Would be cool as hell if anyone gave me an answear exacly what i need cause im going to work in offline mode, means i cant download new stuffs !
