When a player "die"

when a player die, not die o.o, let me explain...
when his hp go down to 0, he dont die and he freeze and you can see the name and the life line just a character freeze, and if i kick him he appear again without die, only if he kill by a person, cause by a monsters he can die..

someone can help me?
