Where to post beta advertisment?

I dont want to post it in the Advertisement section because its not really a server ready for playing, and I dont want to post it in discussion because we are not allowed to advertise there.

I guess you can create in discussions just dont mention your server IP in there xD

The whole point(for me) of posting a thread with a beta is to post the address

Stuck with the same question. You are 'advertising' your concept, automaticly your server in my eyes. When you are not sure about the succes nor scale of your server, it wouldn't be worth an advertisement thread yet.
