Which NPC's?

For a serious RPG server with low rates. Which NPC's do you think the city* should have?

*Only in the city - not Blessing NPC for exampel.

List:

• Basic equipment seller (rope, shovel, pic, backpack)
• Food seller
• Loot buyer (not very advanced loots)
• 'Greeter' (A monk near the temple)
• Paladin Shop
• Runes, wands and rods
• ALT Spell sellers
• the King (promotion, premmy?)
• The Librarian (..)
• Guards (..)
• Bartender
• Villagers

If it's a real serious server, then there should be around 20 more (Villagers).. Npcs that walking around and says hi to everyone that wants to talk xD
