Hello who know how i can create animated movie like the simpson or family guy only animated not stick figures!

You would have to create the pictures then you could use Windows movie maker, theres one way to do it ;p

If you make an animated movie like family guy or the simpsons I'll give you a cookie thats some skillz

First of all making animated movie require a lot of time and computer capacity when rendering the movie.

You will need a 3D computer graphics program to make models of the characters and landscape of the movie. Then you can begin making those models to move.

As software I recommend Blender since it's free and got a lot of potential.
