Why offline?

why are my server offline on otservlist?
i add it and it take 4-5 hours to go online and when i does its 20% uptime...

sometimes otservlist is bugged.Use report function in otslist and wait ;x

sometimes...? all the time its goes offline on otservlist all the time so i get low uptime....

reason is the snow outside the window

Had this error like a few months ago, I didn't find any answer, but ask xinn in otservlist contact, maybe he knows something to repair that.
