why people can't enter to my server?

i have a SQlite server but the people from other houses can't enter, i have all the ports forwarded but i don't know why they can't enter, with mysql there's no problem but the server that i like has SQlite....
please help
oh, if someone knows a evolutions server that is mysql and have all the quest please tell me...
