Windows [Wierd] Crashes. Serusly?

I run a 8:54 server, TFS 0.3.6.

My server were crashing every day. I took up the project for about 2 months ago. For about 1 month ago I download "ZoneAlarm" its a firewall.

After that, the crashes were stopped. But instead for a crash, it happens about 3 times a day, if you log out, you can not log in again - it says "game server is offline. "
Even though people are online on the server and can play as normal.

IF I remove ZoneAlarm then the "Game Server Is Offline 'disappears , but then it begins to crash the server instead. (I tested).

So what can this be?

1 What causes that "game server is offline" bugg?
2 Why does the server Crash without a firewall? DDOS?

Edit: If you dont know whats wrong, maybe you can help me anyway - Looking for any "macro" or programming that can press enable/disable each 4 hour or something on my connection.
