Will this be enough for LoL?

I just bought a new cheap laptop and i was wondering if it can run LoL on max settings and how much fps i will have.

Laptop: samsung NP300N5X-SO2AE
Cpu: intel core i3 3110m
Vram: Nvidia GT620m gDDR3 1gb hypird
Memory: 4GB

I absolutely hate laptops lol, even if it's a gaming laptop I don't see how people can play game on them. Don't know much about laptops so not sure how good it would run.

I play lol on a laptop without a graphic card sometimes when i am really bored...

i guess you can play lol with that comp in like medium to high settings
