I have Question about windows 2008 R2

How to Enable Over than 2 Users to logon it at the same time

because now when there's 2 users and the third one try to logon it say to many users logged

Default licence of windows terminal services only allow 2 users to be logged in at the same time. You can either purchase a very expensive licence, crack the terminal services or you an alternative option for moderating the files and work on the WS08 OS. Like an FTP server, dropbox etc...

Sometimes when remoting WS08 with terminal services (mstsc/windows RDP) you close the session but remain logged in on the computer. Just enter task manager and logout non used users.

Remember it should be used dedicated for hosting servers. Its an server OS after all. And having multiple users logged in messing around will only decrease overall performance much more than using alternative ways of working with the files. So I would recommend any alternatives instead.
