Windows 7 - 64x Bit Boot Fail

I tried to install windows 7 in my laptop
Asus x45c
but it's kinda fuck i can't install any windows xD
i tried CD , but fails
and when i try the ISO file . it works fine in virtual box , so i guess something bad in my pc

and when i try to make my usb bootable i get this fucken error

@EvilSkillz Is the USB formatted as FAT32? Also, some USB drives have proprietary shit on it that causes all sorts of problems(like the sandisk ones that have a small partition for their bloatware.)
