Hello... I already tried lots of things... can please someone help me?

I have this router: Lucent-Alcatel I-240W-R (Optic Fiber)
This Antivirus: ESET NOD32 5.0.94
Windows 7 Home Premium

Can please someone help me?
If someone want me to host a server i have enought connection to do... Just help me :C

is it not working for you or for others? if you can't log in, use router's IP in ipchanger
