My Ctrol+Alt+Delete is bugged... look the picture:

It's not bugged nubak you have to doubleclick on the purple frame.

Well I was facing a similar type of problem. double click on the purple frame isn't working. Any more suggestion please ?

Double click on the frame btw the purple and the "main" one

Not on purple newfags, double click above 'Tarefa', on the white sripe. You can double click everywhere on the white outside of the table.

win7 has weak window borders
