Hi i read this thread to see how to open my 7171 port and it didnt work :O! i saw that the problem was that not evry win7 pc is able to do it that way but i think you should really try it first if you see that you dont have the option "Add Port" then you should do it the way i did it and i found a guide thats perfect and show evrything in pics and text step by step eazy to follow. This guy opens port 80 but you just write 7171 or 7172 to open the ot server port here you go
