[Windows] OT Restarter help

Hello I use a OT Restarter and it almost works,
The problem is that when my server crashes an error comes up and I have to shut down the error before my OT Restarter works.
Do anyone know what I am talking about?

I tried the link Xexza posted but I'm using Vista and I didn't have a 'Error Reporting’ button. Is there any other way to get this working?
