Windows windows problem need help- rep +

Guys help,
When I ran the console of my server, it started working as normal, then in the end:
[22/01/2007 20:47:31] >> All modules were loaded, server is starting up...
[22/01/2007 20:47:31] >> SubWaT KamiKaze V9 server Online!

And after that a window appears telling me ..... .exe has encountered a problem and need to close...................etc


(send error report) (don't send)
what should i do?

Theres a bunch of things it could be. Does your server close immediately after it starts? Do you have anti virus programs? If it gives an error post it please. Are you using MYSQL? Using Xamp?

Try start the server in compile mode windows server 2003
