Windows7 Bug or ports?

Well, I've done this before: port fordwarding, just that i cant make it work now, i got "EchoLife HG520c" router, and already opened ports 7171 and 7172, and still cant make the server connection!, i turned off the windows firewall and nothing, i searched any kind of problem like this with the os win7 here but there's nothing, is there something important i should know about?
Just cant make it work, some help please?
 
btw, when i check if the ports are opened they say they are, at canyouseeme.org, but cant make the connection with the server, and already modified the config.lua server connection still dont work
 
I did disabled my firewall already,and it does logs with localhost, and im pretty sure the ports are opened, since the pages to see them say the are already opened
