Wizard Outfit don't work.. help!

Hello.

There is a bug at Lugri becouse he don't answer when I'll ask him about outfit.

Anyone know how to get the skull mask and then later on the Skull Shoulder Pad.

I got all the items that is necessary, dsm, ring, shield, legs and orchids.

Anyone?
