Working windows version (nightly builds)

hi,

just wanted to ask - whats wrong with all those Windows builds in github workflows? They seem to fail in most of the latest commits.

Can't really no one fix that? I just wanted to play with the server a bit, do I really need to get all that libraries etc.?
