What the ... is going on ? The server is crashing ? Atacks DDoS?
"Sun, 26 Apr 2009 16:17:26 GMT - Fixes & recent issues/crashes.
As most of you already know, this morning there wasn't any protection zone on the servers in areas like depots, temples and it caused a lot of chaos. Because of that, we had to rollback the servers to last server saves.
Since I personally don't like to give up with our new codes to optimize the servers, we will move forward instead of going back to the stable code. This may cause instability during the following week, but once it's done the lags will decrease.
We have also resolved the issue which allowed players to summon monsters and use them as obstacles to block the way by changing floor while the minion was in its death delay.
Other than that, we have improved some of the gamemasters commands to enforce the rules such as finding multiclient users, we have changed the broadcasted message for notations so it looks a lot better and doesn't take up so much space on the screen.
You can expect things like the 8.4 spells, namelock and character deletion from the website soon.
