Windows Xamp Database Storage

I remember people telling me you could backup your database in the phpmyadmin by saving it as a sql file... but most people go to load them back in and it corrupts..


Then i was told you could save your xampp because it saves it in a physical storage.

Does anyone know what i need to like resave over to make this work?

I wouldn't personally recommend this.

cheers cykotitan, its only for a test server so its just kinda for a easier time for the testers,

you wouldnt happen to know by chance im looking to delete all the items in houses as well someone said Tile_Id's but how do i still wipe them?
