Xampp - Nicaw Acc

Dears,

Appreciate your assistance as I'm new in using Xampp and I don't have the experience.
I'm facing several issues with my Otserver, it's 8.1 OT server.

First Issue:

I'm running Xampp right now and I can login into my server, however, I would like to make a special IP for my otserver which is Tibiaswe.nu.

Second Issue:

When I try to login on the localhost website it launches without any problems, however, when I try to login into an account to create a character it logs me out instantly.

Third Issue:

I want people to be able to access my OT Webpage by visiting www.tibiaswe.nu.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

PS: I'm using AriesServer_SQL
