Windows Xampp problems

Hello!

I'm currently using the newest Xampp version and I have Windows 7. I want to use Stian's ZayPay script, but when I go to PHP.ini and add

extension=php_openssl.dll

and then when I restart Apache, this error appears:

PHP Startup: openssl: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20060613
PHP compiled with module API=20090626
These options need to match

I think it's a problem with my Xampp.. which xampp version do you prefer? and download link please
