Yellow skull can enter pz

The title pretty much says it all, a player that attacks a white skulled player can enter pz.
I dont know if its supposed to be like that but its real annoying having players running in and out from pz attacking skulled players.
Im using TFS 0.3.6 pl1 would be awesome if someone knows how to fix this.
