Yet another NPC problem

So I have the correct NPC scripts and then I place them in my map with map editor and name it to the corresponding name Eg. Oracle so it will respond to my Oracle script. And I save the map, and restart my server and BOOM there is the oracle functioning as she is supposed to. However, when I re-open map editor it gives me an error and it removes all my NPC's that I have placed around, and i have to replace them/rename them it is extremely annoying. How can i correct this?
