AAC znote aac on create char error

Hey OTLanders, im trying to create character on znote aac and got this error, help me
note: im zero exp with website

I got the solve here so I will keep the post for anyone got the same error

Edit: Solved Hello Im using PHPadmin and i recently encountered this problem when i click on "My Account" How do i fix this?
