Hello, finally after some adjustments i managed to port the maptracker to windows.

Usage instructions:
Open the program and press the start button (optionally select where to save the map), when you press stop it will automatically save the map (only OTX format supported for now). I included the lastest (i think) items.otb file, but you should be able to put your own version of this file, just place it in the same place where the executable is.
As you can see the GUI looks bad (ugly grey background) and the multifloor option is not yet implemented, this is still beta so there may be some bugs. If your tracking on a very fast moving character or if your computer is not very fast, you can try decreasing the update interval to prevent possible bugs like repeated/missing tiles, please report any bugs .

UPDATE:
Fixed grey background, added multifloor and ignoring movable items options. The multifloor option is still in testing so it may cause bugs, please report if you find any.
Note this is still for 8.0, i'll make it for 8.1 as soon as i can get new client and the mem addresses, but i think there may be problems with the new map tiles until a new version of items.otb is released.

This version should work with the new client, but keep in mind that it uses the old items.otb file so there could be problems, like some wrong or missing tiles.
