OTC loads the 10.41 client normally, but I don't know if it requires further configuration =/.

Edit. I added the 10.41 client but it still keeps connecting to cip servers.

Weird, I can't use it for 10.41. The only version it shows is 10.35 and when I use it it doesn't really changes the ip (keeps trying to connect to cip servers).
