OtItemEditor 0.3.9

A lot of people were looking for this, but I don't think it's posted anywhere on OTLand. So I got it from another forum. Here it is, OtItemEditor 0.3.9 now supporting protocols 8.6/8.61. All credits goes to SimOne.

consider looking at r.6093 the items.otb part.
what file is that and where?

I've added a couple of sprites (600~) to both the .spr and then to the .dat file and when I try running them with OTItemEditor it wont start, it basically just doesn't respond..However I'm able to work with my old .spr and .dat file which got a bunch of custom sprites already. I'm using OTItemEditor 8.54.

SOLVED
I've found the solution, by running it with Administrator privileges and in XP Sp3 mode it worked.
