Good Dedicated Hosting Providers?

I am planning to host a 100-200 players OT Server and after a quick search on otland i bumped with some cheap options like DDG while i am looking for something like softlayer but not that expensive and for the amount of players i stated.

Any suggestions and experiences are welcomed, I am looking for:
-US or Europe
-Lag free for 150~ players
-Ddos protection
-and reasonable support
-OT friendly of course

Europe got 100 times better internet then the US, best solution is to host in EU and get a proxy login server for US ppl.
US is not "The great and mighty country" that us people think it is.

So if you want everyone in the world to play on your server go for a eu server
