0.3 Alpha 4 Bugs... (please check)

Hello. I would share with you all some bugs.

* Ice Rapier doesn't break. Neither if you put it on items.xml and/or movements.xml.

* /raid command and /shutdown command doesn't work. Don't matter what happens. Examples:

I did a cockroach event, named it as cockroach raid.xml and put "Cockroach" (without "") as raid name. When i'll execute (/raid Cockroach) it appears: Raid not found.

When I type /shutdown, it needs a numeric character to execute. If i write /shutdown <number> it STILL doesn't work.

* Balance? Where? No NPCs nor a command. Fix it.

Well, not many bugs found.

This will probably fix an Ice Rapier (items.xml):

<attribute key="decayTo" value="0"/>

Other bugs were reported already.

If i do that, it'll decay to a item named "0" and bug the player. I want that the sword breaks forever.

it doesn't bug the player, the sword will disappear
