Well, you have to set temple position x = 1000, y = 1000, z = 7. I have modified schema and config so everything should be set. Otherwise check if temple position is correct for this map.

Also, if you want to fix spawns, just copy them from previous version, here's the link:
theend-spawn.xml

It's text file, so it can't contain virus.

I will include this "patch" in v0.9
