AAC: can't create characters

Hey, I'm having an issue here. It's that I can't create a character in modern AAC. I CAN create an account tho. Yesterday someone fixed it (no idea how, will ask later cuz hes not online yet) but then I deleted some accounts from the database, and there was the problem again!

I use latest version, so 1.0.1.

I deleted those earlier, why are they required anyway? But now I created a new database, and I got this message:

A Database Error Occurred
Error Number: 1146

Table 'tfs.news' doesn't exist

Nvm, I fixed it already, I just had to run a query. So now I want to create the samples, and here's the query:
