Hello, iam Sir Deeleon
i'm old player in this Otserver, i back now and donated again to buy money and stuff's.
i look at my shop page and see i have unlocked a gift ( Shadow Draptor Mount ) but i already got this mount in my char: Sir Deeleon , bcz i buy it before,
so what we can do for me now?
i cannot use this mount in another characters of the account cuz we dont have...
and i was 220 points.... i'm going to unlock another gift... now the outfit, and i have it too cuz i buy it before update.


please support me , and give me a answer so what can do? transfer it to another character mine , or GM can give me another stuff i dont know. please help me

Yep, the same problem i have .
I already have entrepeneur addon and shadow draptor mount...i would like to get something in exchange but i doubt they will do something to fix that

We think you are looking at it in the wrong way, you should see it as a perk instead of something else. You have not paid anything for that mount and outfit now, you are just given it as an extra bonus. We will not be able to move it to another account, but you still have the option to create another character to use it on. If you don't want to do that, you haven't really lost anything seeing as it is just a bonus that we added to be extra nice.

^exactly . You have a fantastic server, and it is fantastic because you have something to accomplish when you decide to start play here . Many ot´s are dead because you have a dream set as soon as you create your acc , and ebcause you can buy everything using your cellphone .
