Lua About server offline on website tfs 0.3.6

Hi all.
When I go to the website it says SERVER OFFLINE? But the server is online. This started when I moved to dedicated server. Is it possible to change the server status from offline to ONLINE all the time? So it says ONLINE all the time? Even if it's closed?

I cannot find the config-function lua, I went to www and searched for it and I cannot find it in there..

Acutally dedicated changed my PAYPAL aswell. It's not automatically
