Apache Problem

I have a big problem with xamp!.

Its stays apache port is in use.. What is the problem, can someone help me

check port 3306 / open port 3306

80 = Apache WEB Server
3306 = MySQL

Try...

net stop apache2.2

or

net stop apache

on command prompt (cmd).

Then try again with xampp.

When you installed your xampp, you probably choosed to use xampp control panel. Click up that window, and then stop the applications. Now go to your xampp folder, and start the "Start_xampp".
