Battle NPC

Hei Otlanders
I'm looking for a battle npc (for TFS 0.3.6pl1) which works like this:

You: Hi
NPC: Hei "Vocationname". Do you want to battle me?
You: battle
NPC: Okai here ya go.
Npc summons 4 Demons (1 after each other, not all together)
NPC after you killed the monsters: Congratulations! U won the battle!
Now at a special place there appear tiles for 20 seconds.

It should be repeatable every 10 minutes. If that's not possible at least repeatable. And Please mark or copy out the line which contains the repeatable thing ;p
I hope someone could help me out cos i'm not very experienced in NPCs xD
