I'm closing this thread now because it's only causing confusion, but before I close it I just want to make these two things clear to everyone:
1. The only thing we lost was an inactive The Forgotten Server developer who couldn't even implement the 8.7 changes without having to steal my code. Someone who thinks that selling copyrighted material that he doesn't own the copyright of is legal.
2. The Forgotten Server development is not dying, no, not even 0.4.
