Hello, my name is Jason and I am aiming to bring a Custom War Server to life! The war server is being built around "TFS 0.4.x", and is being emulated to run as a RoXXoR Server, without the pre-mapped roxxor map, ofc.

There will be Monsters in which you can level on instead of just PVPing, but keep in mind that all monster hunting spots are marked as WAR Zones, therefor pvp is encouraged. The current PvP Exp Rate is 5.1x, and you can gain exp from players whom are 80 levels below you, to 80 levels above you max. There will be a monster teleportal hub, which is located underneath the temple.

Players will start from level 80 and cannot drop below that. Players can buy houses, do quests, and challenge hard creatures for a truly epic fight.
We have not currently added the skull system as part of the PvP Ranking system yet, but will keep you all notified as to when this will happen.

The total goal of this project is to bring a more clean and fair version of DedicatedOT WAR back from the dead and reincarnating it as a RoXXoR type of server. Which means instead of one or two monster spawns there are many, and pvp is also an option to level up.

This war server will be fair, bot's will be allowed within reason
[Cavebotting will not be tolerated, but any other bot is allowed to be used!]
[Abuse of this will result in Jail Time!]


You can now create accounts via the website!


Ingame Account Manager has been removed to make way for Preset Starting Skills.
You can no-longer login via 1/1 to create an account, and must go to the website now.
Knights Start> 80 All Melee Skills + 80 Shielding

Sorcerer's + Druids Star> 80 Magic Level
(So when you login your absolutely ready to go to either, hunt or pvp)

Game Rules - READ ME

1.
Botting is allowed (in all fashions), however there is NO Cave Botting allowed for monster spawns. If caught you will be teleported to JAIL for 30 mins - 1 hour, upon the third offence your character will be sent to Permanent Jail (You can login, but you cannot talk, cast spells, however the only way to plead your innocence here is to submit a Ctrl + R report and hope the Admin/CM/GM on duty is willing to excempt you from jail. Continued bad behaviour will result in an account wide banishment for a full 15 days.

More Features + Donation Offer's + Set Item Stats

-> Kill Streak System (grants between 1 and 100 platinum coins per kill)

[Monster Hunts] - All area's are WAR Enabled therefore you can die if a player wants to kill you. As is any area on the map that does not include the Temple, Depot, Personal Houses, but not Personal Hunting Spots so at least people who donate still have to deal with the downfall of war, that is if they have you invited. :)
-> Monsters can be hunted by players of all level ranging between 80 and 300+ right now.
--> Behemoths, Demons, Diabolic Imps and Orshabaal can be hunted by all levels. This area is decent to level on as any vocation.
--> The monsters on the left hand side of the temple are for players of level 130+ and include Dragon Lords, Destroyers, Hellfire Fighters, Juggernauts, Demons, and Orshabaals. This spawn is amazing to hunt if you are a paladin, druid but are moderate for sorcerer's and knight's.

[Personal Hunting Spots] - All spawns can reach a max limit of monsters able to be purchased. That limit is 50 (non negotiable), and all monsters start out with 45 second respawn time. You can request your own terrain style of map to be your spawn. You cannot purchase personal boss spawns, as there are a fair number of bosses for quests already, plus bosses yield only double the exp of their lower form.

First quest was reduced from level 110, to level 90. Temple is more easier on the eyes upon login.

PROMOTION COMPLETELY REMOVED, DUE TO BUG. WE WILL ADD IT BACK, BUT NOT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

More over, paladins and knights are going to be given a small damage boost to compensate for lousy damage.|
Pallys: 10% damage boost (single attack/weapon only)
Knights: 15% damage boost (single attack/weapon only)

All of the demons that spawned outside the temple in the Monster Area have been removed, and 1 demon still remains. Modifications to demon's has given them an increased gold/platinum/crystal coin drop chance. (This spawn is still WAR Oriented)

In addition to mentioning monsters, a new monster spawn can be found just west of the temple, this new spawn is Dragon Lords. (about 25 Creatures) like the behemoths they will respawn every 30 seconds and is marked as a War Zone.

The Training area now has many teleporters leading back to the temple at every single training spot. :)

1 new quest (Elemental Sets Quest) - Requires Level 130* EDITED (can get by hunting, or warring)
Knight Equipment has been given a boost to compensate for extra damage. (can now rival mages in damage at a higher level with decent skills)
Paladin Weaponry was slightly increased to ccompensate for extra damage. (Can now rival mages in damage at a higher level with decent skills)

A couple of things were moved around in the temple to help with extra walk space, to produce less clutter.

- Demons were also given a reduced Platinum Coin drop to be balanced with the Frag Killing Reward system. (Demon's can now only be found inside quests as well as scattered in single spawns all over the map, but will not be found in more than 1 spawn at a time.)

Removed promotion system completely, and reconfigured the original vocations to be more PvP Oriented.

(Promoted Vocations were removed due to a bug, but will likely make its way back into the game)

We are now registered on OTServList.org, search us (war.ghostot.rocks) :D (For some reason it registers as the server being offline, however I am working to fix this ASAP!

Recently added 17 Houses, which can be bought by anybody! (Large houses, and a hand full of small houses) I will be adding more as I go along.. :) (House SQM Price will be dropped to 1000 per sqm.)

I have recently added the server to OTSERVLIST.ORG you will be able to find it if you search, "War.ghostot.rocks" into the search bar :) All of the test features have been removed, and houses have been added for players to enjoy decoration!

I hope you all enjoy the early launch of GhostOT WAR. Please, if you encounter any issues (bugs/map issues) post them here on this thread, so I can fix them :D
 
Recently updated the server so now you can create an account via WEBSITE. The 1/1 account manager function will not be removed until further notice.

Expanded the house area, there are now a grand total of 42 houses on the map. 2 Total Spawns. 20 Depot Stalls.

New Npc: Amulet Goddess (Second floor of the temple) sells all kinds of amulets and rings.

Jail area has been expanded and the temple is more compact now with kind of more of a sense of direction.
Orshabaal quest ending now has a level door and wall blocking Orshabaals attacks. His Demon's Summon have been reduced to 2.

Recently fixed a game breaking bug which was located in the second floor of the temple, and starting area of the Physical Protection quest. The bug was an item which was not located in the 8.60 Original Tibia Client. As a result I have removed all custom items from the Items.XML as well as the map to boot so they will no longer cause any harm as we do not wish to use a custom client on this OT Server.

Also.. Due to overwhelming demand, the Donation Runes (Knight, Mage, and Paladin) have been added to the server, with seriously reduced healing power (100 - 120 more hp/mana gain than the original runes/potions) They will be able to be purchased from the donation store in the near future. These runes can also be obtained through vocational oriented quests! (These quests are to be extremely hard) The quests are currently inaccessible, because they are not completely finished, however when they are done you will be able to find each quest in a WAR Zone (I will not say anything further than this, just to not ruin the fun of finding the quests).

1 New Quest introduced (Customized Pits of Inferno) With current equipment and healing items it is still a VERY hard quest!
Rewards: Ghost Manarune, Ghost Healing Rune, and Ghost Spirit Rune.
Mini Rewards: Jester Hat, and Bunny Slippers (Infinite Soft Boots)

(New Quest Portals on the Second floor of the Temple) [Located behind a level 90 Door]
In addition to this new quest all quest entrances on the map have been removed and replaced with teleportals that will lead you straight to the entrance. Quest Key's can still be obtained but their purpose is going to change for a hidden quest (NO SQOILERS! :3 )

A player requested that Manarunes be mL/LVL oriented, I am here to tell you this will NOT be the case because if it were like that it would make knights, and paladins useless in terms of the manarune and pvp. This will not change, the manarune/pally rune/knight rune will all stay with preset healing amounts.

Also, we fixed the Idle Kick to kick you from 15 minutes, to every 60 minutes if there is no variation in your movement, you know if you don't got a bot you don't have to sit there n twiddle your fingers why hitting hotkeys to get your magiclevel, or skills up.

ALSO!! You can login to as many characters on the same account at once, keep in mind if caught abusing this, you'll be sent straight to jail. You cannot loggin multiple times on the same character however.

Map Update`
- Monsters on East. and West sides of the temple have been changed and more weaker monsters have been added to compensate for the removal of extremely hard monsters. (4 Hard Creatures removed, over 26 New Mobs added)
- New Monster Hunting Spot (Incomplete) can be found in the temple, and will contain mostly humanoid creatures, as well as Ferumbras, and Ghazbaran when finalized.
- More detail and monsters added to Custom Pits of Inferno, as well as increased monsters that would spawn in the first, and final room.
-Tweak to the Ghost Healing Rune (now heals 990 - 1120)
 
The New Spawn (Hero's, Necromancers, Warlocks, Demons, and Ferumbras Boss MiniQuest has been added. (There is a monster teleportal hub below the temple)

(This only works upon character creation from the website after the update which happened aprox. 2 mins ago.)


Paladins: 80 Distance/80 Shielding
Knights: 80 All Melee Skills/80 Shielding
Mages (Druids/Sorcs): 10 shielding + 80 magic level


New Quest: Boss Quest (Fight a variety of hard bosses, you can run ahead and complete the quest, but if your awesome you'll do it by killing eerything.) Rewards can vary upon level, and each restart will result in a change of monsters within the quest, further details will be posted on the main website. There are a few donation/quest items you can obtain here. Epic Hard.

Trainers Changed, and more detailed. Monsters spawns have been detailed, and new quests are all detailed before release.

Server Reset will occur within 15 days. (Will post and keep updated on this) - All players will be reset back down to level 80, skills will be unaffected. (Soft reset)
The reset is a result of hopefully a lot of adjustments done to the server to make it better.

Today we will be modifying the EXP Rate for players after level 200 to level 450, and exp rates shall be more spread out, but still challenging. Rates will now end at 2.0x exp

Sceptre of Light: 60 - 90
Crystalline Wand: 90 - 109


1 New Quest containing the Sceptre of Light (the Sceptre of Light can be obtained through the New Quest)
 
Recent Server result included New Monster Spawn, and a brand new TP Room for Monsters and future quests only. Remember that all WAR ZONES will be located in the temple on the main floor.
