Idk if there's already such thread, but I guess it is but I could not find it, anyway,
I'm about to startup a ot again, after a long retirement and I'm testing thing's I do, I can connect but not my rl friend, he can see the charlist but cant login

"Cannot login to the gameserver blabla"

I've forwarded my router, put IP in config, I've hosted before, but I dont get what the problem is this time >.<

Check ur database, can he connect to ur webpage?

Check ur "gamePort", default is 7172. Are you sure you've unlocked this port too? Unlock 80 nad 8080 too.

It has to be a port issue. Are you logging in through localhost? That's probably why it works for you and not him. You need to make sure all your ports are opened okay.
