Can't log in to world

Hi, I have problem with OTS.
Other people Can't log in to world.
They can log in to character select but they can't go further.

Whats the Error if she want login

Are you playing on local host, if you are not make sure you have opened all your ports correctly and there is no firewall or antivirus blocking your program
