Windows Cant log into my server when I turn it on...

I am new to making Ots but it is something I want to get into. I Watched a YouTube video an everything is working fine till I turn the server on. When I turn it on everything loads properly so I go to log in and it shows my character but when I click on it it stays loading forever and never actually logs me in.

try using 127.0.0.1, your localhost ip then connect. Thats if the server is on your pc

The server is on my PC and i just tried "localhost" and "127.0.0.1" in the mysqlhost and neither one would let me actually log into my character. I can log in and pick my character but i cant actually log into the game.
