Can't look players! [SERVER]

Well, the main problem is that in the Otserver, you can look to anything like, 10:92 You see a demon shield. bla bla bla,
But when i try to look to any player, i can't and i doesn't work with any player and / or gm :S

Soo what could be the problem ?

Do you have Cyber's rep system installed? Because Cyber's rep system is known to do this if you haven't set it up correctly.

ehm let me guess you use a reputation system
or a modified onLook creaturescript?
