Complaint Capital Letters

Whenever I use Caps lock while posting It changes to small letters after clicking on "Post quick reply".
I see many people using caps lock normally, I don't know why doesn't it work with me :/

It works normally if I start a thread(like this thread), but when I post a quick reply it changes automatically to small letters.

I've noticed it only does it via my phone.. Or it happens with you on the computer?

Anyway, it doesn't bother me. I'd assume Talaturen made it that way for spammers? Or it could just be a vB thing

IF YOU WANNA POST WITH PURE CAPS ADD AN "I" AND CHANGE ITS COLOR TO WHITE i <-- THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT.
