So I'm at college at the University of Cincinnati, and I cannot connect to the Battlefield servers, I click join server, the client pops up, then it just says loading. This happens 95% of the time. Their is a 5% chance though that I do get into a match and I can actually play.
I have contacted EA support and I have done dxdiags and uotrace etc. They told me it was on my universities end and that they didn't have the ports open. So I contacted my campus networking place, and they told me it was on EA's end because they had a problem with a student last year with the same thing and it ended up being on their end. I don't know if they are just telling me this because they don't want to fool with it or if it is actually on EA's end.
I have re-installed punkbuster numerous times, uninstalled BF3 and then did a fresh re-installation of all of the files, but still nothing has seemed to work. I am just getting tired of having to wait 50 minutes to get connected to a specialist from EA to try to help me out.
