Damaged steel helmet impossible to gain

I'm trying to sell full knight outfit, but buyers think i scam them because its impossible to gain the damaged steel helmet. Plus the fact it's not needed for the full outfit on this ot. What do i do now? Can anoyone aprove this so i can show this to the guy i sell the outfit to?
