death penalty doesn't work?

hello, i've got a problem. when i have warmode and im dying by enemies - death penalty doesn't work for me. against losing 20% of my lvl im losing 1 lvl. is there something im doing wrong? i dont want to lose lvls all the time because i dont have much time to exp.

You're wrong lol, its not always 80%. Depends on the level of your character and the levels of the people who kills you.

It's easy lol, if you die by warmode guy, you will lose let's say 20%, if you are in battle and skullbasher's kill you, you will lose let's say 80%, end of the story.
